Sunday: 1 mile

Monday: 1 mile + yoga

Tuesday: 4 miles + abs and arms

Wednesday: 8 miles pace

Thursday: 4 miles + abs and arms

Friday: 1 mile {rest}

Saturday: 17 miles! woohoo
