March 10th Fitness for the Week

Sunday: 1 mile run + 4 mile walk with mama

Monday: 1 mile + yoga

Tuesday: 3 miles + abs and push ups

Wednesday: 6 miles pace

Thursday: 3 miles + abs and push ups

Friday: 1 mile (rest)

Saturday: 12 miles
